Say hello to lovely Lottie - the newest member of our Flutterbud Club!

Lottie loves drawing and making things, so she’s a big fan of Rainbow Belle. Here she is holding a Rainbow Belle postcard and wearing rainbow flutterbuds!

Lottie is very funny and also very ticklish - we can sometimes hear her giggles in Bellevue!
